What to Know Before Visiting a Terminal

Follow these simple steps for a hassle-free experience. Review our guide on how to prepare your vehicle for shipping before visiting a regional hub.

    01

    Confirm Operating Hours

Most regional freight terminals operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend hours may be by appointment only.

    02

    Check Free Storage Windows

Most terminals provide 48 to 72 hours of complimentary storage upon delivery. After the free window, daily yard storage fees ($25–$50/day) may apply.

Bring Government ID & Release PIN

Terminal gatekeepers will require a government photo ID and your Seals Shipping booking reference number or yard release PIN before releasing the vehicle.

    04

    Conduct Final Inspection On-Site

Inspect your vehicle before leaving the terminal lot and compare against the origin Bill of Lading copy provided at drop-off.
