Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Seals Shipping's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Seals Shipping provides auto transport brokerage services, connecting customers with licensed, insured motor carriers for the transportation of vehicles throughout the United States. We do not own or operate transport trucks; we arrange transportation services through qualified third-party carriers.

Booking and Payment

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual vehicle specifications and condition
• Pickup and delivery location accessibility
• Seasonal demand and carrier availability
• Additional services requested

Deposits and Payment

A deposit is required to book your shipment. The remaining balance is typically due upon delivery to the carrier driver via cash, cashier's check, or money order unless otherwise specified.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and transport needs
• Ensure your vehicle is in the condition specified at booking
• Remove all personal items from the vehicle (not covered by insurance)
• Have the vehicle ready for pickup at the scheduled time
• Be present or have an authorized representative present for pickup and delivery
• Thoroughly inspect the vehicle and note any damage on the Bill of Lading
• Keep fuel level at or below 1/4 tank

Insurance and Liability

All carriers are required to maintain cargo insurance. Coverage details will be provided before shipment. Any damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and reported immediately. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

Cancellations and Refunds

Customer Cancellations

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• Before carrier assignment: Minimal processing fee
• After carrier assignment but before pickup: Partial deposit may be non-refundable
• After pickup: Full payment required

Service Cancellations

If we cannot arrange transport within the agreed timeframe, you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays or consequential damages resulting from late delivery.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
